Why is your company called "Grace" Media Services?

Grace Media Services, Inc. is named because it is only by the Grace of God, that we even exist. Focusing on Ephesians Chapter 2, verses 8 & 9, in the Bible, it is quite evident of how much debt we owe God for the love He shows by His Grace being the payment for our sins.

How small of an order can we place?

This question is asked over an over again, and there is not exact answer. It all depends on what you are looking to do. For instance if you are looking to decorate a t-shirt, with dye sublimation one would be the minimum. If you are looking to embroider a logo on a jacket, again one is the minimum, but with some items it is cost prohibitive to make small quantities available. We will work with you to meet your needs, and to provide you with the best product to meet those needs at a reasonable price.

Do you offer discounts for Churches and Charities?

We do a lot of work with local Churches and Charities, and we attempt to work with them to meet their budgets. We cannot provide a hard and fast rule as to what type of discount we can offer, since our product line varies so much, but we can tell you that we will do everything in our power to keep the costs down. We do offer discounts, but we cannot give a hard and fast rule for how much that discount may be on each project.

What type of lead time do you need for promotional products?

This question cannot be answered as a blanket answer. Lead times will be quoted on case by case basis at time of order. If you need to confirm a delivery time or need to meet a certain event date, please contact our office prior to ordering.
